Email Subscription

Email notification service alerts the users whenever APM generates a new event or an asset exceeds its performance limit.

These emails allow users to subscribe to assets that they are responsible for and provide proactive notification when they are not on the application.

To access the Email Notification module of Predictive Maintenance Workplace application, go to Genix Platform > Digital App Center > My Apps > APM Model Configuration and Deployment > More > Email Notification module. The page provides a list of subscribed emails.

Email Notification Home Page - Location

Fields	Description
Location/Asset	Displays the geographical path or location of the asset.
Summary Email	Displays the type of subscription for email notification. There are mainly three types of subscriptions available - Daily, Weekly, and Monthly.
Instant Notification	Indicates if the user has activated instant notification for the selected asset.
Actions	Displays Failure Mode list for the selected asset (not applicable for location). Stops email notification subscription for the asset or location as well as removes the asset or location from the list of subscribed emails.
